Female genital mutilation (FGM)

The Commonwealth Government's attention was drawn to FGM in the late 1980s following the Third World Conference on Women in Nairobi and with the increasing numbers of migrants and refugees from FGM-practising countries into Australia.

Over 20 years later we are at the crossroads. This session presents programmatic responses from across Australia.
